Alright, here is the beginning of a new fanfic. I am writing: Hope you like it!!!!!

Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Appa, and Momo were fed up! For six days in a row now they have been stuck wandering in a forest looking for a way out. They would be anxious, and get up early in the mornings, hoping not to get caught, pack up their stuff, jump onto Appa's back, and shout "Yip-Yip." Then Appa would soar up out of the forest, only to be forced back into it, by multiple waves of fireballs launched by the hidden firenation troops. They would then continue on their journey, walking threw the forest in their usual direction, hoping to find a way out.
It was not as if they hated the forest, had they not been stuck in there, they would of found it to be a beautiful place to be. However, the thick underbrush and the monstrous trees made it a complicated maze to navigate through. They had a constant wish to find that way out, where they could see where they were going, where they had been, and most importantly, where their enemy's were......
-Sokka: (swings machete, chopping a tree branch off and clearing a path for them to walk through) UUUGGGHHHH!!!!.......I'm so sick of walking into thorn bushes and having my legs ripped apart!
-Katara: Well maybe you should watch where you are going, so that you won't constantly get hurt, and we won't have to listen to you CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING!!!
-Toph: Wow Katara, you need to calm down! Just because your brother is being an idiot, doesn't mean you should get all upset too.
-Aang: Ok! Ok! Everybody is just a little tired and frustrated after being in this forest for so long, so we all just need to calm down. Look! Even Appa and Momo are tired!
(Appa releases a huge yawn that shakes the ground around them, and wakes up Momo, who flew over and perches on Aang's shoulder.
-Katara: (turns around to face Aang) *sigh* Your right Aang, fighting isn't going to get us anywhere. (she lets her gaze pause on him for a couple of extra seconds, before turning around, with a little bit of pink on her cheeks)
(They wander deeper into the forest, all with different things on their minds)
-Katara Thinks:
Wow. He has matured so much since I met him back in the south pole. A lonely lost airbender, that has now matured so fast into a young man. He is far more powerful than when I first met him; he is a master of airbending, waterbending, and almost earthbending with the help of Toph. He has grown up to take charge also, no longer is he a follower, and has used his new strengths and abilities for amazingly well, honing them tot specific capabilities that he can unleash when ever he wants, especially now in the avatar state.
But what about me. Does he love me? Do I love him? Easily his new found power in his extensive bending abilities, ever since that night when he almost died, do make him more attractive. And I can't seem to get over the loss, loneliness, and despair I felt that night while I watched his lifeless body for those few seconds; it like I would never be happy again....
-Toph: Uhhh, Katara???
-Katara: (awakened from her deep thoughts).....Hmmm???(startled and a little embaressed)..What?
-Toph: What are you thinking about, you had this sad look on your face?
-Katara: (still embarrassed and a little shaken)...Uhh, nothin really...Just trying to figure a way out of here.....
(they pause where they are standing)
-Aang: Yeah...aren't we all...(to Appa, who was staring into the top of the trees, as though he was looking for a way up, and out), Aw, I'm sorry buddy, but we can't fly, it's to dangerous...
-Sokka: Yeah, I really don't want to get shot at with giant flaming balls of rubber again....*shudders*...
(Momo shoots off of Aangs shoulder and flys over to katara, and lands on her shoulder as well. Aang's eyes follow Momo as he glides trough the air, and perches on Katara's soulder, where his eyes made contact with heir's, they stare into each other's eyes for a moment before breaking the gaze as they both look away, embarrassed, at the same time)
(they continue on walking through the woods)
-Aang Thinks:
I'm so confused. That one night, that horrible, amazing, painful, and wonderful night, has complicated my life more than I could have possibly imagined. The Guru considered Katara to be an almost threat to me, encasing my life in a earthly bound phenomenon, in stead of letting the cosmic energies flow through me. However, then there was Iroh, who gave me the advice I wanted to hear in telling me that I was making the right choice in choosing Katara over raw power. But then later that night, while dueling Azula, Zuko and many Dai Li agents I was for=ced to give up Katara, in an attempt to save us both, it worked, but Azula shot me in the back with a lightning bolt before I could attack. Then I finally woke up from death, in Katara's arms, after she had used the oasis water on me. Ever since then it has been a never ending battle inside of my self, avatar state or Katara. I will probably need the avatar state to fight the firenation and all of it's evils, but then, am I not supposed to have what I want?.......Katara......
-Sokka: .....What is that?
(Aang is shaken back into reality)
(a little farther ahead and to the right of the group was a clearing in the trees)
-Toph: It.......It looks like a clearing!!!
-Sokka: Wow! We would finally be able to see the sky!
(they all start running toward it, but Katara has second thoughts, and looks at it suspiciously...)
-Katara: Wait!....(they all pause, turn around, and look at her),
...Oh never mind, go ahead......(they start running toward it again)......

As a lot of you know, my long-term fanfic. Aang's love, is coming to a close, so, after much thought, I thought I will turn this fanfic., which I thought was going to be a short story, into my next long-term one. Hope you liked it!!!!! Please, as always, leave comments!!!!!!!
