This was stated on avatarspirit.com by someone who personally attended a PMX cenvention. Mike and Bryan where there of course, and the person who went said that season 3 is supposed to air in January.

there are a lot of dates circulating around, the most farfetched I've heard of being July!!
It' either Jan. Feb. or Mar.......those are all of the dates circulating around.
